With our comprehensive development and testing services, we support you in designing and optimizing your processes related to the BAUER BondTech® adhesive lamination process.
We examine and validate various combinations of electrical steel sheets, coatings, and adhesive systems under real production conditions. Through targeted punching tests on the punching machine in conjunction with the BondTech® adhesive bonding process, we analyze the behavior of the materials during the process and evaluate their suitability for your application.
In addition, we conduct tensile tests with standardized test specimens on the tensile testing machine to reliably evaluate the mechanical properties and quality of the adhesive bonds. The results obtained are documented, evaluated, and analyzed together with you. On this basis, we support you in process optimization as well as in the selection of suitable combinations of materials, coatings, and adhesives for stable and reproducible production.
