BAUER BondTech - unique bonding solution
Our innovative and efficient BAUER BondTech bonding process was developed to meet the increased technical, qualitative and commercial requirements of the electric motor market.
We manufacture and distribute the BAUER BondTech equipment to all processors of electrical steel.
The main features are :
- freely available technology
- Flexible and universally applicable basic system for series and prototype production
- Integration of the application unit before or in the stamping tool
- Up to 100 glue dots per single sheet possible
- Smallest gluing dot distance 5mm
- Up to 8 products can be produced simultaneously
- Process speeds of up to 500 strokes/min possible
